Phew… that was a mouthful and doesn’t really say a lot.

I was born and raised in California but have lived in Costa Rica for the last 20 years. I love to travel (although there are still many places on my “must travel to” list). My husband and I have been a team for over 30 years – sharing our strengths, our neurosis (neuroses in the plural?), two children and several wonderful dogs.

I am a lifelong learner, an educator, and a writer – which is to say that I love to read, I am addicted to learning, and I have a tendency to rant when I am passionate about something (cue an eyeroll from my son and my daughter would say that I “drone on.”) … But above all, I absolutely love to write.
